Pagani Utopia “Miami Edition”: The $30 Million Penthouse That Comes with a Bespoke Hypercar

The Italian luxury brand steps beyond the automotive world to unveil the new “Pagani Residences” in Miami. Two ultra-exclusive penthouses include the opportunity to purchase a custom Utopia Roadster, personally designed by Horacio Pagani.

Pagani has taken luxury to a new level, moving from the racetrack to the skyline with its new residential tower in Miami, following in the footsteps of Porsche and Aston Martin. The brand will offer two exclusive penthouses—one priced at $30 million and another at $28.5 million—whose buyers will gain the opportunity to purchase a Pagani Utopia Roadster “Miami Edition”, a car personally designed by Horacio Pagani himself.

The car is a masterpiece of artisanal engineering, powered by a 6.0-litre twin-turbocharged V12 engine developed by Mercedes-AMG, delivering 852 horsepower and 811 lb-ft of torque, with a top speed of 217 mph. It comes with either a seven-speed manual gearbox or an automated manual with paddle shifters, staying true to Pagani’s purist philosophy. Originally introduced in 2024, the “Miami Edition” will feature exclusive blue paintwork and a tailor-made interior, blending the brand’s signature elegance with coastal sophistication.

Luxury Beyond the Garage

Owners of these penthouses won’t just gain access to one of the world’s most exclusive hypercars—they’ll also enjoy a bespoke experience in Modena, Italy, including a private tour of the Horacio Pagani Museum and a personal meeting with Horacio himself and the Pagani Arte design team. Each buyer will also have the opportunity to personalise every element of their new home, mirroring the bespoke process of configuring a Pagani vehicle.

For those who can’t quite stretch to the penthouse level, homes within the Pagani Residences start at $3.7 million—though, understandably, the car isn’t included. The building, set for completion in 2027, will rise proudly over Miami’s coastline, with the two top-floor penthouses occupying the 28th and 29th floors. The flagship property offers five bedrooms and six bathrooms, while the smaller one includes four bedrooms and five bathrooms, both reflecting Pagani’s obsession with precision and beauty.
