Luxury and speed enthusiasts now have a new reason to look to Miami. Pagani offers the chance to acquire an exclusive Utopia Roadster “Miami Edition” when purchasing one of the two penthouses in the new Pagani Residences tower. While the price is astronomical–$30 million for one–buyers will have the opportunity to access a fully bespoke car personally designed by Horacio Pagani.

Details of the Utopia Roadster “Miami Edition”

The vehicle, crafted by Horacio Pagani himself, features a unique blue exterior and design details likely repeated inside the cabin. It is powered by a 6.0-liter twin-turbo V12 from Mercedes-AMG, producing 852 horsepower and 811 lb-ft of torque, reaching a top speed of 217 mph. It comes with either a seven-speed manual transmission or an automated manual with paddle shifters and debuted in 2024.

Beyond the car, buyers will enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime experience in Modena, Italy, including a private tour of the Horacio Pagani Museum, an Atelier session, and a personal meeting with Horacio and the Pagani Arte team. They will also have the opportunity to personalize their new home, making this offer a truly bespoke luxury package.

The two penthouses are located on the 28th and 29th floors of the tower, set to be completed in 2027. The more expensive $30 million penthouse features five bedrooms and six bathrooms, while the second, $28.5 million, is 1,500 square feet smaller with four bedrooms and five bathrooms. For those who cannot afford the penthouses, standard residences start at $3.7 million, though without access to the Pagani Utopia.

This project follows the trend of luxury automakers entering Miami’s real estate market. Porsche launched its tower a decade ago, and Aston Martin completed its building in the early 2020s, standing 818 feet tall with 391 residences over 61 floors. Pagani Residences promises to continue this unique blend of automotive and residential luxury.
