Production Milestone: Citroën C3 Reaches 100,000 Units Produced in Brazil with the New XTR Version

The Citroën C3 is celebrating an important production milestone. The compact hatchback with SUV character has reached 100,000 manufactured units.

The 2026 line introduced developments in the range this year. This includes the arrival of the new XTR version. This variant offers a more robust and adventurous proposition. Accessibility, a core value of Citroën, is maintained without sacrifices. The XTR version is positioned as the top-of-the-range model.

This hatchback is equipped with the 1.0 Firefly engine. This engine develops up to 75 HP of power. Furthermore, it features a manual transmission. The XTR version offers greater versatility for different terrains. It incorporates ATR mixed-use tires. It also has 15-inch wheels.

Renovated Interior and Leading Connectivity

The XTR version’s cabin was renovated with several details. There is new upholstery on the seats. The driver’s armrest is also new. The dashboard and cabin are now darkened.

The 10.25-inch Citroën Connect Touchscreen multimedia center is the largest among its direct competitors. This connectivity system incorporates ultra-thin bezels in glossy black. It allows for wireless mirroring via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Regarding ergonomics, the power window controls were relocated. They are now located on the driver’s door, starting from the Feel version. The new Citroën C3 XTR is offered in the country with a list price of 32,340,000 pesos.
