Many manufacturers have developed solutions to overcome the rigidity of conventional vans, which require unscrewing seats to maximize cargo space. Nissan follows this direction with the Primastar FlexVan. The vehicle achieves its high flexibility through individual seats in the second and third rows. A rail system in the floor allows for the individual adjustment of the seat configuration.

The Primastar FlexVan is extremely versatile. Up to three individual Relax seats can be installed both facing forward and backward. When the second-row seats are fully folded, the vehicle generates a sleeping space 1.90 meters long and 1.32 meters wide.

Remote Office and Cargo Options

Those who do not need the sleeping surface can configure the vehicle for other functions. A rotary control enables the driver’s and front passenger’s seats to swivel backward. This feature, along with a central table, forms a dining area or a perfect zone for remote work. Additionally, the seats can be moved completely behind the first row. This immediate action provides a wide cargo area for goods. Variants of the FlexVan are also suitable for taxi operations or school transport.

Accessories and Warranty

The partner Schnierle offers additional accessories for the van. Available elements include a business table with cup holders. The converter also provides a retractable electric step for the right sliding door, a common feature in motorhomes. Other options are an access ramp or a wheelchair lift. The modification carried out by Schnierle does not affect Nissan’s official five-year or 160,000-kilometer warranty. Schnierle also provides a standard two-year warranty period on all modified parts. In Germany, this vehicle is available starting from 54,121 euros.
