The Korean urban SUV updates its aesthetics and, mainly, its interior, marking a clear generational leap in the cabin.

The dashboard presents a more modern and linear design , dominated by the new Panoramic Dual Display. This solution integrates two adjacent 12.3-inch screens for digital instrumentation and the multimedia system. Thus, the car replaces the previous combination of an analog-digital cluster and an 8-inch touchscreen.

Below the central monitor also debuts a touch panel already known from the Sportage. Climate control and different submenus are governed from this panel. The steering wheel has also been redesigned, available in two or three-spoke configurations depending on the trim level. Finally, the revised center console is more rational in its design , and features a dedicated space for wireless smartphone charging.

Materials, Finishes, and Connectivity

The interior evolution focuses not only on technology but also on perceived quality. The Stonic 2026 presents more careful materials on the main contact surfaces. The manufacturer used soft plastics on the upper areas of the dashboard and new coatings for the door panels and central inserts.

Some trim levels adopt specific seats, which differ in design, lateral support, and chromatic combinations. On the other hand, the best-equipped versions offer additional aesthetic details and sportier-toned finishes. The technological update also includes high-speed USB-C ports , ambient lighting , and full integration with the Kia Connect app. This application includes functions such as Digital Key and remote diagnostic services.

Cabin Space and Trunk Capacity

From the point of view of onboard space, the Stonic continues with its good balance between compact exterior dimensions and internal habitability. The 258-centimeter wheelbase guarantees comfortable access to the rear seats. Furthermore, adequate headroom exists even for taller passengers. Four people travel with good comfort, while the fifth seat is more suitable for short trips.

The trunk maintains a capacity of 352 liters , a figure in line with the B-SUV segment. The surface is regular and easily usable. The car features useful side compartments for securing small objects. If more space is needed, the rear seatbacks can be folded down in a 60:40 proportion.
