Totem Automobili Presents the ‘Amelie’: Electric GT Restomod with Adjustable ORAM Suspension

The sports car is called ‘Amelie’ and is the sixteenth Electric GT in the GT Series program. This project has consolidated the Italian company’s name in the high-end electric restomod scene.

Every detail of the ‘Amelie’ is the result of a customization process developed hand-in-hand with the client. The metallic livery ‘Lagoon Teal’ was specially developed as a reference to Venice, the Totem brand’s city of origin.

The sports car stands out with a satin bronze trim. For the first time on an electric GT, the matte carbon fiber package combines Totem’s traditional weave with a herringbone pattern never before seen.

Luxury Interior and Bespoke Details

The cabin is upholstered in Truffle Brown Nappa leather. It also includes a custom-made houndstooth pattern. At the client’s request, Totem integrated a cigar humidor (box). This box was manufactured using the same materials as the cabin.

ORAM Electronic Suspension: Precise Dynamics

On the technical side, the ‘Amelie’ presents one of the most interesting solutions in the GT Electric series. The electronic suspension system was developed with ORAM, a company specializing in sports components.

The unique feature lies in the ability to independently adjust the behavior of the front and rear axles. This characteristic is uncommon in road cars. It was designed to ensure a more precise dynamic response, adapted to the owner’s driving style. Totem states that this element combines deep engineering research with a design capable of transmitting emotion.
