Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II by Spofec: The Ultra-Luxury Limousine Exceeds 700 HP

By  |

The tuner Spofec, a division of Novitec, has transformed the dynamic Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II Black Badge . This ultra-luxury limousine receives a substantial mechanical upgrade and an exclusive carbon fiber body kit .

The Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II Black Badge already stands out for its factory dynamism . Spofec intervenes here for customers who desire extra exclusivity . The Novitec Group division specializes in Rolls-Royce . They subjected the Ghost to an exhaustive refinement program . This program covers everything from its appearance to the engine compartment .

Spofec installs the N-TRONIC module on the 6.75-liter twin-turbo V12 engine . The engine yields 600 hp as standard in the Black Badge . This module uses the plug-and-play method . Thanks to map modification and increased boost pressure, power climbs to 706 hp . Therefore, maximum torque increases by 102 Nm . It now reaches 1,002 Nm, available at 2,400 rpm . The result catapults the 2.5-ton luxury rocket to 100 km/h in 4.3 seconds . The top speed remains electronically regulated at 250 km/h .

Carbon Fiber Body Kit and Vossen Wheels

Designers at the Allgäu workshop developed a new carbon fiber body kit. The goal was to give the Ghost an even more imposing look . The front apron completely replaces the factory component . Furthermore, it provides a more aggressive look with larger air intakes . Integrated vertical LED position lights are a notable detail. The apron also reduces front axle lift at high speeds.

New side skirts complement the exterior design . These visually stretch the 5.55-meter-long car . They make the car appear lower . At the rear, a spoiler on the trunk lid provides a sporty finish . A new rear apron is optional . This can include visible exhaust pipes or not. Spofec lowers the car by about 35 millimeters through work on the air suspension.

Finally, the wheel arches fit Spofec SP4 wheels . These 22-inch wheels were developed with the American manufacturer Vossen . The design is double-spoke. Customers can choose from 48 different colors . The wheels are fitted with 255/35 ZR 22 tires up front and 285/30 ZR 22 at the rear . Owners can request a stainless steel sport exhaust system to enhance the V12 sound . A specialty of the tuner is the interior adapted to the owner’s personal wishes.
