Kia EV4: the electric car that redefines modern driving with style and technology
The new Kia EV4 bursts into the Spanish market with cutting-edge design, advanced technology, and a driving experience that impresses for its smoothness and precision.
Kia continues to accelerate its electric revolution with the new Kia EV4, a model unveiled to the international press in an exclusive presentation. This vehicle not only strengthens the Korean brand’s commitment to sustainable mobility but also delivers a remarkably pleasant driving experience, offering balanced handling, agile response, and comfort worthy of higher segments. Its exterior design, carefully crafted down to the last detail, conveys both modernity and aerodynamics, blending elegance with character.
The Kia EV4 is available in two body styles: a compact hatchback ideal for city driving, and a Fastback coupé-style version with sportier lines and a sleek three-volume silhouette. Both share the E-GMP platform and feature a 204 hp (150 kW) front-mounted motor, paired with 58.3 or 81.4 kWh batteries. Its 400-volt electrical system enables fast charging from 10% to 80% in around 30 minutes. Thanks to V2L and V2G functionalities, the vehicle can power external devices or even act as an emergency backup battery during a power outage.
A futuristic interior with a premium touch
Inside, the EV4 impresses with its inviting cabin and comfort-focused design. The heated and ventilated front seats, separated by a wide central console, offer an ergonomic posture ideal for long journeys. Rear legroom is generous, although the sloping roofline and narrow center seat slightly limit headroom and comfort. Even so, the overall impression is one of sophistication and refinement, rivaling models from higher segments.

The star of the cabin is the “Navigation Cockpit”, a panoramic 30-inch digital display made up of three screens: one for the instrument cluster, another for climate control, and a third for infotainment. Menus are intuitive and the touchscreen response is smooth, though haptic controls can be distracting due to the lack of physical feedback. Altogether, the system positions the Kia EV4 among the most technologically advanced electric cars in its class.
Starting at €26,400 (with discounts applied) and reaching up to €40,670 for the GT-Line trim, the Kia EV4 stands out as a strong alternative to rivals like the Tesla Model 3, Polestar 2, or Peugeot E-308. Its extensive ADAS package, including navigation-linked adaptive cruise control, blind-spot cameras, and remote parking assist, anticipates the arrival of semi-autonomous driving capabilities. In short, the Kia EV4 perfectly blends technology, design, and efficiency, establishing itself as one of the most well-rounded and appealing electric vehicles on the market today.
