Haval launches the new H9 Crossing Edition in the Chinese market for adventure lovers. This special version stands out for its impressive range ideal for long trips. The manufacturer includes a dual tank system with a 131-liter fuel capacity. Thanks to this configuration, the off-roader can travel for 1,400 kilometers straight. The starting price is around 31,150 euros at the current exchange rate.

Mechanical Performance and Off-Road Capabilities

A 2.4-liter diesel engine powers this robust vehicle reliably. The mechanics deliver 186 hp of power and 490 Nm of maximum torque. A nine-speed automatic transmission manages all the engine’s power. The selectable all-wheel-drive system ensures firm progress on difficult surfaces. Furthermore, the front and rear differentials feature locks for extreme situations.

Ground clearance increases by three centimeters compared to the standard model. The car offers a minimum distance of 23.5 centimeters to overcome obstacles. Its approach and departure angles reach 33 and 26 degrees respectively. The H9 Crossing Edition can wade through water streams of up to 800 millimeters. These figures position it as a very capable option off the asphalt.

Technology and Comfort in the Cabin

The interior features an advanced 14.6-inch central touch screen. Users enjoy clear 10.25-inch digital instrumentation. There are five or seven-seat configurations to adapt to each family. The front seats include integrated massage, heating, and ventilation functions. The second row also has climate control to improve ride comfort.

The level 2 semi-autonomous driving system increases active safety. Two new driving modes, Rock and Expert, optimize technical performance.
