EBRO s800 shocks the market: now priced like a compact SUV

By  |

The Spanish seven-seater SUV drops over €3,900 in price, becoming one of the most attractive D-segment buys of the moment.

Spanish manufacturer EBRO has surprised everyone with a bold move: the s800’s price has been significantly reduced, now sitting even lower than when it first launched. The brand’s largest model — equipped with a 1.6 TGDI petrol engine producing 147 hp, a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox, and Luxury trim — is now available for just €35,036 outright, compared to the previous €38,990. This substantial discount places the EBRO s800 in an extremely competitive position against direct rivals, offering an outstanding balance of size, performance, and features. Those who choose to finance it can do so from €32,090, though the final cost with interest must be confirmed at the dealership.

A seven-seater SUV with a premium touch

The EBRO s800 isn’t just about affordability — it’s also about top-tier equipment. It comes standard with a panoramic sunroof, heated front and rear seats, ventilated front seats, a massage function for the passenger, keyless entry and start, a Head-up Display, LED headlights, and dual-zone climate control. That’s an equipment list hard to beat in this price range. Carrying the DGT’s “C” environmental label, the SUV reaches a top speed of 180 km/h and averages 7.8 liters per 100 km. These are respectable figures for a vehicle of its size and weight, which also delivers a smooth and refined driving experience, as confirmed during recent test drives.

The most affordable SUV in its class

Thanks to this price drop, the EBRO s800 becomes the cheapest seven-seater SUV on the market, rivaled only by the DFSK 600, another Chinese-derived model. While the MG HS and KGM Torres are also attractively priced, both are limited to five seats — a clear advantage for the EBRO when it comes to family versatility.

Family-sized practicality

When it comes to space, the s800’s boot is perfectly adaptable: 119 liters with all seven seats in use, 889 liters with five seats, and up to 1,930 liters with two. Although EBRO hasn’t specified the capacity up to the parcel shelf, these numbers confirm that the model comfortably meets the needs of modern families seeking roominess and convenience.

A balanced, tempting SUV for the smart buyer

In short, the new price makes the EBRO s800 one of the most compelling large SUVs currently on sale, blending style, technology, practicality, and impressive ride comfort. With this move, the Spanish brand once again proves that competitiveness and quality can go hand in hand, reinforcing its strong partnership with Chery in the European market.
