Bentley’s Most Powerful V8: Continental GT Supersports, 666 HP and an Extreme Setup to Challenge the Asphalt
Bentley revives the legendary Supersports designation to create the most radical version of the Continental GT with 666 HP. This edition, limited to 500 numbered units, debuts a rear-wheel-drive chassis, rear-wheel steering, and a pure racing soul.
The Most Radical Grand Tourer in History
The British brand revives one of its most legendary names coinciding with the centenary of the first Super Sports. The new Continental GT Supersports is positioned as the most extreme version ever produced. Under its hood beats the well-known Volkswagen Group twin-turbo V8 engine with 666 HP. This rear-wheel-drive vehicle will have a limited production of 500 numbered units. Orders will begin in March 2026, with deliveries starting in the first months of 2027.
The Supersports marks a technical change for Bentley. It is the first Continental GT to offer a two-seater configuration with rear-wheel drive. Both signals point towards maximum driving purity.
Enhanced Mechanics and Extreme Dynamics
The 4.0 V8 twin-turbo block has been thoroughly revamped for the occasion. It features larger turbos, reinforced cylinder heads, and evolved thermal management. The engine delivers the highest power ever seen in a Bentley V8. It works alongside an eight-speed ZF dual-clutch automatic transmission with specific gear ratios.
To improve traction, it uses an electronically controlled limited-slip rear differential. It also incorporates the Torque Vectoring selective torque distribution system. Furthermore, the rear-wheel steering enhances the vehicle’s dynamics and agility. Official performance figures quote a 0 to 100 km/h sprint in 3.7 seconds. Its maximum speed is around 310 km/h.
Carbon-Ceramic Brakes and Racing Aerodynamics
The chassis has been redesigned and lightened for this radical version. The suspension calibration is specific. It includes a fully switchable electronic stability control. The Supersports promises an unprecedented driving behavior for a road-going Bentley. It adopts high-level technical components.
Notable features include 440 mm carbon-ceramic brakes and a titanium Akrapovic exhaust. It uses 22-inch forged wheels developed with Manthey Racing. The tires are Pirelli Trofeo RS. Lateral forces can reach 1.3 G, approximately 30% more than the GT Speed.

Aerodynamic Design and Exclusive Two-Seater
The aerodynamics have been completely redesigned for the circuit. The front end features the largest splitter ever fitted to a production Bentley. This is accompanied by side skirts and a fixed rear spoiler. The result is a downforce exceeding 300 kg compared to the GT Speed. The removal of the rear seats contributes to reducing the total mass. The carbon-fiber roof also helps to lower the center of gravity.
Inside, the transformation is equally notable. The Supersports offers only two lower and more enveloping seats. These seats feature a carbon-fiber structure. The finishes combine leather, Dinamica, and glossy carbon fiber. Each unit will be individually numbered. The Mulliner program will offer ample customization freedom.
