Beyond its remarkable performance, the S900 stands out for its spacious and high-tech cabin, designed to accommodate up to seven passengers in a practical 2+3+2 layout. It’s an ideal choice for families or drivers seeking comfort, performance, and sustainability in one vehicle.

Competitive pricing and government incentives

The new EBRO S900 2026 can now be reserved in Spain starting at €38,990, a price that includes promotions, financing discounts, and the Plan MOVES III government incentive, available thanks to its electric range exceeding 90 km. Buyers opting out of the incentive program can expect prices starting at €46,074 with financing or €48,856.70 when paying outright. The offer is valid until November 30, across mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

Performance and efficiency without compromise

The S900 delivers strong performance, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.8 seconds, while maintaining exceptional efficiency with a combined fuel consumption of 1.7 l/100 km on a full battery and 6.9 l/100 km once it’s depleted. Its certified total driving range of 1,050 km makes it a viable alternative even to large diesel SUVs.

Cutting-edge safety and technology

In terms of safety, the EBRO S900 2026 is fully equipped, featuring 10 airbags and 26 advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), providing protection levels comparable to premium models. With this launch, EBRO reaffirms its comeback to the Spanish market with a modern, powerful, and accessible SUV, challenging established European and Asian manufacturers head-on.

Nissan Altima 2027 Confirmed As Sedan Lives On In The U.S.

Published

on

Nissan has officially confirmed the 2027 Altima for the U.S. market, putting an end to rumors about the midsize sedan’s discontinuation while reaffirming its commitment to sedan buyers.

Nissan has officially confirmed that the Altima will continue in the United States with a 2027 model year, contradicting recent reports that suggested the midsize sedan was nearing the end of its production run. The announcement reinforces Nissan’s commitment to the sedan segment despite the growing popularity of SUVs.

The clarification comes after speculation that the arrival of the all-new Sentra would replace the aging Altima. Instead, Nissan says both models will continue to serve different customers within its lineup.

Nissan has confirmed the Altima will continue with a 2027 model year in the United States.

Nissan Confirms The Altima Isn’t Going Anywhere

In an official statement, Nissan reaffirmed that the Nissan Altima 2027 remains an important part of its North American lineup.

According to the automaker, customer demand for the midsize sedan remains strong enough to justify another model year. Nissan also highlighted its ongoing commitment to offering stylish, affordable sedans equipped with modern technology, advanced safety features, and everyday practicality.

The company emphasized that the recently unveiled 2026 Nissan Sentra is not intended to replace the Altima, but rather complements the brand’s sedan portfolio.

The Altima will continue alongside the all-new Nissan Sentra in the U.S. lineup.

Nissan Is Reshaping Its U.S. Portfolio

While the Nissan Altima 2027 has secured its future, Nissan continues to restructure its product lineup in North America.

Several important changes are already underway, including the discontinuation of the Versa after the 2025 model year and the previous retirement of the Maxima. Nissan has also canceled plans for two U.S.-built electric sedans due to lower-than-expected EV demand.

Looking ahead, the company plans to launch the 2027 Rogue e-Power, replacing the temporary Rogue Plug-In Hybrid. Nissan is also developing a new body-on-frame Xterra, along with additional SUVs for both Nissan and Infiniti.

Meanwhile, the next-generation Nissan Skyline in Japan is expected to spawn a premium Infiniti sedan for North America, potentially featuring a twin-turbo V6 engine, rear-wheel drive, and even a manual transmission.

Nissan continues investing in new hybrids, SUVs, and future performance models for North America.

The confirmation of the Nissan Altima 2027 shows that Nissan still believes there is a place for traditional sedans in the U.S. market. While the company expands its SUV and electrified lineup, the Altima will remain an option for buyers looking for comfort, technology, efficiency, and affordability in a midsize four-door sedan.

Volkswagen unveils the new ID. Cross, a compact electric SUV with up to 271 miles of range and a starting price of €28,000 in Europe.

Volkswagen has officially revealed the production version of the new ID. Cross, its most affordable electric SUV to date. Built on the latest MEB+ platform, the compact crossover offers a spacious cabin, modern technology and up to 271 miles (436 km) of WLTP range while starting at around €28,000 in Germany.

Positioned below the ID.4, the ID. Cross expands Volkswagen’s growing electric lineup with a practical option aimed at buyers looking for an accessible EV.

The Volkswagen ID. Cross is the brand’s new entry-level electric SUV.

Compact size with impressive interior space

The Volkswagen ID. Cross measures 163.5 inches (4,153 mm) long, making it a direct competitor in Europe’s subcompact SUV segment.

Despite its compact footprint, the dedicated electric platform allows Volkswagen to maximize cabin space. The wheelbase stretches to 102.4 inches (2,601 mm), providing more passenger room than the combustion-powered T-Cross.

Cargo capacity also improves, offering 475 liters of rear storage, while the front trunk adds an extra 25 liters for smaller items.

The exterior introduces Volkswagen’s new “Pure Positive” design language, featuring cleaner body lines, LED light bars and wheel options ranging from 17 to 20 inches.

The cabin brings back physical controls while offering more passenger and cargo space.

Physical buttons return alongside up to 271 miles of range

Inside, Volkswagen responds to customer feedback by bringing back physical buttons for key functions.

Drivers will find:

  • Conventional steering-wheel controls
  • Physical climate-control shortcuts
  • Volume knob between the seats
  • 12.9-inch infotainment display
  • 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster

Higher trims also include premium features such as 12-way power-adjustable massage seats, memory functions and a 425-watt Harman Kardon audio system.

The ID. Cross is available with two battery options:

  • 37-kWh LFP battery: up to 196 miles (316 km) WLTP range
  • 52-kWh NMC battery: up to 271 miles (436 km) WLTP range

Both versions can recharge from 10% to 80% in approximately 23 to 24 minutes using DC fast charging.

Power comes from a front-mounted electric motor available with 114 hp, 133 hp or 208 hp.

The ID. Cross offers up to 271 miles of WLTP range and starts at around €28,000.

The Volkswagen ID. Cross will arrive in European dealerships this fall with a starting price of approximately €28,000 in Germany, making it significantly more affordable than the larger ID.4. With competitive pricing, practical dimensions and improved technology, Volkswagen is strengthening its position in the entry-level electric SUV market.

Honda Fit Returns With Hybrid Power and $11,000 Price

Published

on

Honda has updated the Fit in Japan with new trims, added features and a starting price of just over $11,000.

The Honda Fit may have disappeared from U.S. showrooms, but the compact hatchback remains alive and well in Japan. Honda has introduced an updated version of the popular model, bringing revised trim levels, new equipment and hybrid technology while keeping one of the lowest starting prices in the automotive market.

As the Fit celebrates its 25th anniversary, Honda continues refining the hatchback without sacrificing its value.

The updated Honda Fit receives revised trim levels and subtle styling improvements in Japan.

Honda refreshes the Fit lineup

The latest Honda Fit doesn’t receive a complete redesign, but Honda has reorganized the model range and added several visual updates.

The previous Fit Basic becomes the new Fit X, while the former Fit Home is renamed Fit Z.

The lineup now consists of:

  • Fit X
  • Fit Z
  • Fit RS
  • Fit Crosstar

The sporty RS and rugged-inspired Crosstar continue to be offered exclusively with Honda’s hybrid powertrain.

Additional upgrades include revised front grilles, new bumpers, body-color shark-fin antennas, updated wheels and higher-quality interior materials.

Higher trims add sportier styling, heated seats and premium interior features.

Hybrid power and an incredibly low price

The standard Honda Fit uses a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine producing 119 horsepower, while the e:HEV hybrid combines that engine with two electric motors for a total of 207 horsepower.

Front-wheel drive remains standard, while all-wheel drive is available on selected versions.

Perhaps the biggest surprise is the price.

The entry-level Honda Fit X starts at ¥1,806,200, equivalent to approximately $11,100, making it one of the most affordable new vehicles on sale.

Even the fully equipped Fit Crosstar Hybrid AWD starts at just ¥2,955,700, or roughly $18,200.

The Honda Fit remains one of the most affordable new cars available in Japan.

Although the Honda Fit is no longer sold in the United States, its continued success in Japan highlights the strong demand for efficient, practical and affordable compact cars. With hybrid technology, updated equipment and pricing that undercuts many entry-level vehicles, the Fit remains one of Honda’s best value offerings.
