New Jetour T2 2025: The Chinese SUV that Targets the Heart of the C-Segment with Power and Off-Road Flair
Jetour strengthens its presence in Argentina with the launch of the new T2, an adventurous SUV designed to attract drivers seeking power, technology, and design with an outstanding price-to-performance ratio.
The Chinese brand Jetour, part of the Chery Holding Group, expands its lineup in the Argentine market with the debut of the new Jetour T2 2025, a C-segment SUV positioned above the T1 in both size and price. Imported directly from China, this model arrives to offer a more robust and off-road-oriented alternative while maintaining the urban elegance that defines the brand.
More Power, More Off-Road Character
The Jetour T2 is powered by the same engine as its smaller sibling — a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine delivering 254 hp and 390 Nm of torque — but paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, offering sharper performance and greater efficiency compared to the T1’s eight-speed automatic with torque converter. All-wheel drive (4WD) remains standard, ensuring solid traction and performance both on and off the road.
In terms of design, the T2 is slightly longer (+80 mm) and boasts a higher ground clearance (220 mm versus the T1’s 190 mm), reinforcing its adventurous personality. It also rides on 20-inch alloy wheels — one inch larger than the T1’s — and features a bolder exterior stance for those who want a more imposing presence without sacrificing everyday comfort.

Comprehensive Equipment and a Class-Leading Warranty
The Jetour T2 shares most of its equipment with the T1, offering a high level of comfort and technology. Highlights include a large infotainment display, advanced driver assistance systems, premium upholstery, intelligent all-wheel drive, and multiple driving modes. Furthermore, Jetour backs the model with one of the best warranties in its class: seven years or 200,000 kilometres, reflecting the brand’s confidence in its engineering.
Pricing and Market Position in Argentina
In Argentina, the Jetour T2 4WD 2025 is priced at USD 54,900, while the T1 4WD remains at USD 51,900. Although still a relatively new name in the local market, Jetour’s growing range reinforces its commitment to offering modern, well-equipped SUVs with true adventure DNA — a formula that’s quickly gaining traction among Argentine drivers.
