New Dodge Charger Hustle Stuff Drag Pack 2025: The Wild Return of the Hemi V8

By  |

Only 50 units, a price tag of over $230,000, and a supercharged V8 built for pure drag racing. Dodge is bringing its boldest legacy back to life.

Dodge makes history once again with the new Charger Hustle Stuff Drag Pack 2025, a purpose-built supercharged Hemi V8 drag car that revives the true essence of American muscle. While the new road-going Charger has yet to feature a V8, this exclusive, NHRA-approved edition pays tribute to Dodge’s raw and unapologetic performance heritage.

This model adopts the latest Charger design, featuring carbon-fiber body panels — including the hood, doors, front fascia, and hatch — trimming more than 100 pounds (45 kg) compared to the previous Challenger Drag Pack. The result is a sharper, lighter, and more aerodynamic silhouette built for one thing: maximum straight-line acceleration.

A 5.8-liter V8 built purely for performance

Under the hood lies the new GEN III aluminum Hemi V8, displacing 354 cubic inches (5.8 liters) and featuring Diamond pistons, forged crankshaft, and H-beam connecting rods, complemented by a high-performance supercharger. According to Dodge, the Hustle Stuff Drag Pack can achieve sub-eight-second quarter-mile runs, cementing its position as a true drag-strip weapon. Power is channeled through a Coan Racing XLT three-speed automatic transmission with a dedicated torque converter, ensuring seamless power delivery to the rear wheels. The upgraded four-link rear suspension geometry and Mark Williams 9-inch rear axle with a 4.30:1 final drive ratio enhance traction and precision under extreme conditions.

Built for racers, customized for individuality

Only 50 units of the Dodge Charger Hustle Stuff Drag Pack will be produced, each crafted for NHRA Factory Stock Showdown racers. Every car comes equipped with a SFI 25.5/7.50 ET-certified chromoly roll cage, Sabelt lightweight seats and harnesses, and a full NHRA-approved safety system for professional competition use. Buyers can choose from 19 paint options, including iconic hues such as Plum Crazy, Go Mango, Frostbite, and Sublime, along with custom graphics packages inspired by the classic Mopar Hustle Stuff catalog of the 1970s. This blend of nostalgia and innovation captures Dodge’s passion for performance and individuality.

Exclusivity, performance, and a reward for champions

Starting at $234,995 (excluding destination and extras), orders for the Hustle Stuff Drag Pack opened on October 31, 2025. Dodge is also offering a $26,000 bonus to the first racer who wins an NHRA Factory Stock Showdown event behind the wheel of one of these limited-edition cars. With this project, Dodge proves that electrification won’t erase the soul of the Hemi engine, but rather celebrates it with one final, thunderous roar. The Hustle Stuff Drag Pack isn’t just a drag car — it’s a declaration of what true American muscle still stands for: raw power, innovation, and an unshakable sense of freedom.
