Leapmotor Shakes Up the Market: From a 970 km SUV to a City EV Starting at €10,700

Backed by Stellantis, the Chinese brand launches a 100% electric range that meets every need — from the compact T03 to the powerful C10.

The electric revolution shows no signs of slowing down, and Leapmotor, the young Chinese manufacturer founded in 2015 and now supported by Stellantis, is ready to conquer Europe with a diverse and highly advanced all-electric lineup. Its current range — the C10, B10, and T03 — covers everything from a budget-friendly city car to a long-range SUV boasting nearly 1,000 km of autonomy. All models share the same DNA: efficiency, design, and zero emissions.

Three Models, Three Driving Experiences

The Leapmotor T03 serves as the brand’s entry point: a 100% electric city car that rivals the Dacia Spring or Hyundai Inster. Measuring 3.62 metres long and weighing just 1,100 kg, it’s designed for agility and urban comfort. Powered by a 95 hp electric motor and a 37.8 kWh LFP battery, it delivers 265 km of WLTP range — all for as little as €10,700 including incentives. A true statement in the affordable EV segment.

Above it sits the Leapmotor B10, a compact SUV tailored for both urban use and long-distance travel. It features a rear-mounted 218 hp motor and batteries up to 67.1 kWh, offering 434 km of range and fast charging up to 168 kW. Prices start from €20,000 with current incentives, and an upcoming REEV (range-extended) version will soon arrive for drivers who want greater freedom without charging anxiety.

The Flagship: Unmatched Tech and Range

At the top of the lineup stands the Leapmotor C10, the brand’s flagship SUV and a showcase of its design and innovation. Measuring 4.74 metres, it’s available as a fully electric version (420 km range) or a REEV variant boasting an incredible 970 km of combined autonomy. The system pairs a 215 hp electric motor with an 88 hp petrol generator, which recharges the battery without ever driving the wheels — maintaining the DGT Zero Emissions label. Inside, the C10 delivers a minimalist digital cockpit, featuring dual screens (10.25” and 14.6”) that manage all vehicle functions. The result is a modern, seamless, and high-tech driving experience, rivaling even Europe’s most advanced models.

Leapmotor: A New Global Contender

With competitive pricing, solid technology, and the industrial backing of Stellantis, Leapmotor is set to challenge established automakers. Its strategy combines performance, design, and accessibility, making electric mobility attainable without compromising innovation. From an agile city car to a long-range SUV, the Chinese brand proves that the future of electric driving is already here — and it speaks a global language.
