An electric vehicle truly built for work

KGM’s electrified strategy continues to expand with the arrival of the new Torres EVT, a pickup that joins the Torres EVX SUV and the Torres HEV hybrid to reinforce a growing lineup. TFlow, the brand’s exclusive importer in Italy, has confirmed its launch with four N1 commercial variants: Style AWD (€39,000 before tax), Black Edge FWD and First Edition (€42,100 before tax), and the top-spec K-Line AWD (€43,750 before tax). One of the highlights is the extended battery warranty of up to 1,000,000 km, a clear statement of intent aimed at customers who rely on their vehicle for demanding daily work.

Spacious, tech-heavy interior tailored to its users

The interior of the Torres EVT stands out for its generous space, especially in the second row, delivering 85 cm of legroom and over one metre of headroom. Sliding and reclining rear seats allow the cabin layout to adapt to different load requirements. On the tech side, the pickup integrates two 12.3-inch screens powered by the Athena 2.0 platform, complete with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and a wide suite of ADAS systems, providing a mix of practicality and comfort.

Up to 420 km of range with true professional capability

Based on the Torres SUV platform, the EVT incorporates specific solutions for heavy-duty tasks and prolonged use. Its 80.6 kWh LFP battery, chosen for its durability in intensive cycles, delivers up to 420 km of WLTP range. The rear bed measures 1,345 x 1,515 x 510 mm and offers 530 kg of payload capacity and 1,800 kg of towing capability. While it isn’t designed to challenge traditional combustion pick-ups, it positions itself as an ideal option for urban and professional environments where ZBE access and emissions reduction are increasingly important.

V2L technology and fast charging: a mobile work tool

One of the Torres EVT’s most distinctive features is its V2L technology, which allows users to power tools and equipment directly from the battery, effectively turning the pickup into a mobile power station. This is complemented by a versatile charging system: from three-phase AC charging – completing a full charge in just over ten hours – to fast charging from 10% to 80% in just 36 minutes with a 300 kW infrastructure. A combination that positions it among the most functional and work-oriented electric pickups available in the European market.
