Jeep Compass 2026: New Altitude Access Trim Reduces Price and Offers Zero Emission Label
Jeep expands the 2026 Compass range in Spain with the introduction of the Altitude trim, an entry level that allows customers to significantly reduce prices and choose between Eco hybrid options or the powerful Zero Emission electric version.
The new Jeep Compass 2026 is progressively expanding its range. This allows it to reach a greater number of customers. Following the launch of the First Edition trim, an access trim now arrives. Therefore, this allows prices to be reduced. It seeks to attack its rivals more forcefully. This compact SUV competes with models such as the Kia Sportage and the Volkswagen Tiguan.
Comprehensive Aesthetic and Technological Equipment
The new trim is called Altitude. This car does not disappoint on the aesthetic front. On its exterior, it is equipped with LED headlights. In addition, it includes 18-inch wheels. The interior offers ambient lighting. Likewise, it adds 10-inch instrumentation and a 16-inch screen. This screen is compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The equipment is very complete. It includes six airbags and keyless entry and start. Along with this, the Compass offers lane assist and high beam assist. It also features dual-zone climate control and adaptive cruise control. Automatic emergency braking is also included. Finally, it adds electrically folding mirrors and a semi-autonomous driving system.
Mechanical Alternatives with Ecological Label
Jeep proposes two mechanical alternatives. Both always feature front axle traction. The range begins with the gasoline mild hybrid engine (e-hybrid). This engine delivers 145 HP of power. Furthermore, it is linked to a six-speed double-clutch automatic gearbox.
This three-cylinder engine transmits 230 Nm of maximum torque. It allows acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 10.3 seconds. Its maximum speed is 188 km/h. This version benefits from the Eco label. Finally, it declares a low consumption of 5.8 liters per 100 km.

Electric Version with Zero Emission Label
Customers can choose the electric version if they want the Zero Emissions sticker. This version yields 157 kW (213 HP) and 345 Nm of torque. Acceleration improves to 8.5 seconds. The top speed, however, is limited to 180 km/h. The trunk capacity remains intact at 550 liters.
The electric Compass carries a 74 kWh battery. Therefore, it is capable of homologating a range of 500 km. This figure is based on the combined WLTP cycle. The vehicle accepts up to 22 kW in alternating current. It also allows 160 kW in direct current. In the latter case, it requires 31 minutes of charging.
