Porsche Electric Cayenne: The SUV Where Screens Take Center Stage
The new electric Cayenne dazzles with a cabin dominated by curved screens and cutting-edge technology, combining luxury, power, and futurism.

Porsche continues its push toward electrification with the Electric Cayenne, which will coexist with combustion versions. Its official debut is scheduled for the end of this year, and in the meantime, we can explore its revolutionary interior. The German brand has equipped the SUV with the largest display surface of any Porsche to date, featuring a 14.25-inch digital instrument cluster, an optional 14.9-inch passenger display, and a 12.25-inch curved OLED Flow Display on the center console.
A Futuristic Driving Experience
The Electric Cayenne merges all central screens into a single curved unit, creating the impression of a giant foldable smartphone. A front armrest facilitates use of the touch controls and the few remaining physical switches. Additionally, the central air vent has been moved to the top of the dashboard to accommodate the unified display, while heated armrests and a heated center console cover enhance the luxury experience.
The SUV will also feature Porsche’s largest panoramic glass roof, divided into nine segments that can be individually adjusted from opaque to transparent and open at the front like a conventional sunroof. In terms of technology and driving dynamics, it includes standard air suspension, optional rear-wheel steering, ceramic brakes with 440 mm front and 410 mm rear discs, and electronic rear differential lock.
Mind-Blowing Performance and Battery
The top-spec Electric Cayenne will produce over 1,088 hp and 1,500 Nm of torque, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in under 3 seconds and exceeding 250 km/h. Its 113 kWh battery offers more than 600 km of WLTP range, with fast charging from 10 to 80% in just 15 minutes and a future 11 kW wireless charging option coming to Europe in 2026.
Porsche makes it clear that the Electric Cayenne does not replace combustion models, which will remain in production for the coming years. The brand’s strategy is to combine tradition and electrification, offering both the luxury and power of combustion engines and the innovation and efficiency of the electric version.
