The Honda S2000 has always been a benchmark among Japanese sports cars, and even though its production ended 15 years ago, it remains a key figure in the history of performance vehicles. Now, Los Angeles-based Bulletproof Automotive, renowned for tuning and race car builds, has taken this model to the extreme with the BP25, celebrating the company’s 25th anniversary.

Performance That Pushes Limits
At the heart of the BP25 is a 2.0-liter supercharged engine with a Vortech V2-Si, producing over 580 horsepower at 9,300 rpm and reaching a maximum of 10,000 rpm. This engine is paired with a six-speed AP2 manual transmission, an ACT flywheel, and a limited-slip differential from ASM and Drexler. The suspension is also upgraded with the Top Secret Super Dampers Coilover kit and components from J’s Racing, Spoon, and EVS, ensuring exceptional handling.

Visually, the S2000 BP25 wears the Varis Dark Panther widebody kit, featuring carbon fiber aerodynamics, a vented hood, wing, and lightweight trunk. The Lamborghini Balloon White paint pays homage to Bulletproof’s first car, the Concept One. Its 19-inch BP-RW Evolution wheels, inspired by the Tsuchime hammered metal technique, are wrapped in Toyo Proxes R888R tires, concealing six-piston front and four-piston rear Brembo Pista brakes.

The interior is equally impressive: RS-G Limited Edition Super Start seats, a Mugen roll bar, Mugen steering wheel, and Williams FIA harnesses combine safety and comfort. Black Alcantara covers the dashboard, doors, and headliner, offering a premium finish worthy of its extreme performance. The S2000 BP25 debuted at the 2025 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, proving that while Honda continues to consider a successor, its legacy remains stronger than ever.
