Dacia Duster 2026: The New Hybrid SUV + 4×4 + LPG + EDC with ECO Label Launches an Unbeatable Price

The new model, named hybrid-G 150 4×4, is positioned as a bifuel hybrid capable of running on gasoline and LPG, which grants it the coveted Eco label.

The Dacia Duster has launched an absolute bombshell in the SUV market. This new version, under the designation hybrid-G 150 4×4, intimidates rivals like the Hyundai KONA, Kia Niro, and Toyota C-HR. Nothing else exists in the market with these specifications and price.

The car features a 1.2 mild-hybrid 48V engine in the front that delivers 140 hp. Additionally, it has another 14 hp electric motor on the rear axle, which provides 4×4 traction. Collectively, this bifuel variant, capable of running on gasoline and LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), yields a total output of 154 hp.

Transmissions and Performance

The combustion engine is linked to a six-speed EDC dual-clutch automatic gearbox. The electric motor, meanwhile, is coupled to another two-speed transmission. The driver benefits from paddle shifters on the steering wheel for more dynamic handling. Furthermore, the car holds the Eco label, thanks to its bifuel hybrid system.

Regarding performance, the vehicle accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 10.2 seconds. It limits its top speed to 180 km/h. Moreover, in the city, the Duster is capable of driving up to 60% of the time in electric mode. The model has an approved consumption of 5.9 liters per 100 km (7.2 liters if LPG is used). This grants it an impressive total range of 1,500 km.

Safety and Extreme Trim

In terms of safety, the Duster 2026 incorporates distance alert and lane keeping assist. It also includes a rear-view camera, fatigue detection, and LED headlights. It features automatic emergency braking (AEBS), traffic sign recognition, and speed regulator/limiter.

The Extreme trim adds several equipment features. It includes high beam assist, modular roof rails, and automatic climate control. Furthermore, it incorporates tinted windows, darkened wheels (a novelty in the SUV), and electrically folding mirrors. Finally, this version offers mixed upholstery and a hands-free card.
